ReWellness Counselling was created from our own experiences of life’s ups and downs, and a deep desire to offer something different. A space that feels warm, human, and real. We know how heavy life can feel at times, and how lonely it can be when you’re carrying things you don’t feel able to share. We created ReWellness so that no one has to carry those things alone.

Our Story
We’re Wendy and Donna and we’ve been good friends for over 20 years.
Why We Created ReWellness
We recognised that support systems, especially for children and young people, were under immense pressure and many families were left waiting far too long.
We knew things could be done differently.
We believe in treating the whole person, not just what you see on the surface. The body, mind and emotions are all deeply connected — when one is out of balance, it affects the others. That’s why our holistic approach looks at the whole picture, helping you feel more in tune, more understood and more you.
We set out to create a space that combines professional expertise with real human connection — a place that feels calm, welcoming and safe.
