Our goal is not simply to help young people through a difficult period but to equip them with lifelong skills that support positive mental health, emotional resilience, and personal growth.

FAQ’s
What age is teen therapy suitable for?
Our teen therapy service is designed for young people aged 12–18 years.
How do I know if my teenager needs therapy?
Every young person is different, but therapy may be helpful if your teenager is experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional distress, school difficulties, friendship challenges or changes in behaviour that are affecting their wellbeing.
Will I be told what my teenager discusses?
Teen therapy is confidential. This helps young people feel safe to talk openly. If there are concerns about a young person's safety or someone else's safety, we will discuss appropriate next steps.
Can parents be involved in therapy?
Yes. Depending on the young person's age and needs, parents may be involved in parts of the process. We always aim to balance parental involvement with the young person's need for privacy and independence.
How many sessions will my teenager need?
The number of sessions varies depending on the young person's goals and circumstances. Some benefit from short-term support, while others find longer-term therapy helpful.
Do you support neurodivergent teenagers?
Yes. We provide neurodiversity-affirming support for teenagers, including those with ADHD, autism, PDA and other neurodivergent experiences.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is an opportunity for your teenager to meet their therapist, discuss what has brought them to therapy and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship at their own pace.
