Hello, I’m Amy Jones, a new addition to the ReWellness team. I am a trainee counsellor for adults and hoping to do further training to work with children and young people. I work under professional supervision to ensure professional, safe practice so that I am able to offer the very best support. 

Creating a safe, understanding space where people feel heard and supported is at the heart of my work, so that we may explore feelings, uncover your truth and find ways to live in a more aligned and resilient way. 

I see my role as someone who will facilitate and not fix, and help each person grow in confidence to find their own unique way through the challenges they face.

Clinical Background

Before and alongside training as a counsellor, I have spent many years working in various educational settings from young children to adults. I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life. Creating reliable and supportive relationships that have enabled a sense of trust and safety to learn, make mistakes and grow has been a pleasure. This in particular feels complimentary to the work done in counselling, here at ReWellness. I have also practiced mediation and training skills in a corporate setting.
