Creative and age-appropriate support for emotions, confidence, friendships, school experiences and difficult changes.

Teenagers aged 13–17
A private, expressive space to explore identity, relationships, anxiety, low mood, pressure and emotional overwhelm.

Adults aged 18+
A different way to process stress, trauma, grief, burnout, life transitions and experiences that may feel hard to explain.
What is art therapy?
Creativity gives feelings another way to be expressed.
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative materials alongside a trusted therapeutic relationship. You might draw, paint, make, play, talk—or simply spend time noticing what emerges.
The aim is not to create a finished artwork. The creative process can help make emotions feel more manageable, reveal things that are difficult to put into words and support a deeper understanding of yourself.
Create at your own pace.
Explore safely.
Make your own meaning.
